What I build, by name.
Each one has a name, what it does for you, who it is for, where you can see it run, and how it is sold.
In every build.
Edge-rendered web platform
Your pages are served from the Cloudflare data center nearest the homeowner, so the site opens fast on a phone in a driveway.
Programmatic town and service pages
A page for every service in every town you work, built from one set of facts about your business, so you have a page that can come up across your whole service area.
Structured data graph
Every page tells search engines and AI assistants, in their own format, who you are, what you do, where you work, and which jobs you finished, so they describe you correctly.
Multi-step qualification funnel
The quote wizard. The homeowner picks the project, the scope, the budget, and the timeline, adds photos, and picks a time for a site walk, so every lead arrives ready to price.
Lead attribution pipeline
The ad click and the campaign behind each lead are captured on the server and stored with it, so every lead traces to the search, the keyword, and the town that produced it.
First-party analytics dashboard
Visits, leads by source, phone taps, and review clicks, live, with no outside trackers and no cookie banner.
Email deliverability engineering
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are set on your domain, so your replies to homeowners reach the inbox.
Security hardening
A firewall, a bot check on every form, and kept-up software, so form spam and the common attacks on small business sites are stopped at the edge.
Accessibility
Every page is built and checked against WCAG AA, so a homeowner using a screen reader or a keyboard can reach you.
Reliability and ownership
The domain is registered in your name, and the code is in a repository that is handed over when you ask.
In Site with Tools.
Geospatial roof measurement engine
The homeowner types an address. The roof is measured from aerial and solar data, by segment, pitch, and area, converted to squares with waste for complexity, and priced on your own per-square rates, before anyone calls.
Parametric estimating engines
A calculator for your trade, priced from your own unit costs. Block counts for ICF walls. Square feet for concrete, fencing, decks, siding, and flooring.
Local search entity engineering
Your Google Business Profile, your Apple Maps listing, and your Bing listing are built or rebuilt and verified, with categories, services, service area, and photos, so your business is complete wherever a homeowner searches on a map.
Answer-engine optimization
Cost pages, project pages, and clear facts about your services and towns, written and structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers can cite you when a homeowner asks who to hire.
Intake chat
A scripted chat on every page that takes the job, the town, and the timeline after hours and emails them to you.
In the Lead System.
Search demand modeling
Search volume by service and by town for your trade, so we build the pages and campaigns that have demand behind them.
Competitive intelligence
Who bids on your searches, who outranks you in each town, and how often your ads show, from auction data and search results, so you know who you are up against.
Google Ads operations
An account built by hand and read twice a week, with a report every week that I write myself.
Offline conversion import
Your signed contracts and their values go back into Google Ads, so the bidding learns which searches produce signed work.
Systems you can add, built to order.
Each of these is quoted at a fixed price with a date. None runs for a client yet, and the first contractor to buy one is told so.
Entity consistency management
Your name, address, phone, and categories are made identical across the directories, so search engines trust the listing.
Systems integration
Leads go straight into the software you already run, Buildertrend, JobTread, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, or a spreadsheet, so nobody retypes one.
Lead scoring and routing
Each lead is scored on budget, timeline, and ownership, and the strongest reach your phone first by text.
Call intelligence
A tracked number for each source. Each call is recorded with notice, transcribed, and marked as a real inquiry or noise, and tied to the search behind it.
Financing calculator
A monthly payment on your large-ticket pages, tied to the lender you already use, so a large remodel reads as a number a homeowner can say yes to.
Rebate and incentive engine
The homeowner's project is matched to utility and state programs inside the quote flow, with the source and the date on every figure.
Recruiting funnel
Careers pages and an application flow for crews and subs, because hiring is the ceiling for most established contractors.
Added location or division
A second office or brand on the same code and the same data.
Not yet.
AI intake assistant
A chat that answers from your own services, towns, price ranges, and FAQs, and hands a ready conversation to your phone.
Client operations app
An iPhone app that shows every lead the moment it lands, how long each has waited, your site walks, and what your marketing produced in signed dollars.
Next step
Send your trade and your towns.
A written plan comes back with the price on it.
