What general contractors ask first.
Can the site show jobs that took months to finish?
Yes. Progress photos and the finished result go on project pages grouped by type, so an owner planning an addition sees your additions first. A Site has a page for each service and 20 town pages. A Site with Tools has 40, and a pack of ten more pages is $600.
Can I show residential and commercial work on one site?
Yes. Residential and light commercial projects sit on separate pages, so a business owner and a homeowner each land on work that fits their job.
How does a general contractor site help on Google Maps?
Each town you build in gets a page with local schema markup. The map listing comes from your Google Business Profile, not the site. Map listings come with Site with Tools, or they are $600 on their own, and they cover your Google, Apple, and Bing listings.
What should I send to get started?
Text me photos from a handful of finished projects with the town for each, your license number, and the kinds of jobs you want more of. I am Arseni, and I read every text myself.
What does the build cost?
A Site is $1,500. $750 to start. $750 at launch. A Site with Tools is $4,000. Hosting costs you nothing, your domain is registered in your name for about $15 a year, and there is no monthly fee on the site.
How fast is the site live?
The first draft of a Site arrives in 7 business days. A Site with Tools takes 14. The site goes live 7 business days after you approve the draft.
What happens after launch?
A Site has a 14 day punch list, and anything on your plan that is off gets fixed. A Site with Tools has 60 days of updates. After that, Care is $150 a month, or a change is quoted flat before I make it, with a $150 minimum.
