What does a general contractor see on the site?
Crew size, license, bond, insurance, and years framing on one page, next to a gallery of standing frames. The bid form asks for the project type and the timeline.
What photos do I need?
Photos from a phone are fine. Send standing frames, connections, and finished sheathing with the town for each, and every build becomes a project page.
Do commercial frames get their own page?
Yes. Commercial shells, custom homes, additions, and garages are separate pages, so a builder looking for one kind of job finds it quickly.
What does the build cost?
$750 total, $375 to start and $375 after launch. I handle hosting, domain, and SSL, and there is no monthly fee on the site.
How fast is the site live?
7 business days from first draft approval. The Estimator, which adds the $400 cost calculator for $1,150 total, runs 10 to 14 days.
What happens after launch?
Text me new photos, services, or cities and I quote each change flat. Additional city pages are $30 each.

You do. The domain and the files are yours the day it launches.
