Before you pay anything

You send the form or a text with your trade and your towns. I send back a one page plan. Your pages, your towns, your tools, the price, and two dates. Nothing is due until you have read it.

The build starts

Your first payment arrives and the build starts. You text me your logo, your job photos with the town each one is in, and your license number. For a quote tool, you send your price per square or per foot. If your domain is not registered in your name yet, we fix that on a ten minute call.

Every page, by name

You get a text with every page I am building, by name. Every service and every town. You tell me what is missing or wrong.

I write and build

I write and build the service pages and the town pages, and I set up the quote wizard with the questions for your trade. On a Site with Tools I build your quote tool on your own numbers. You hear from me only if I need something.

The draft is tested

I test the draft on real phones. Every form, every link, every phone number.

The first draft

It arrives as a link. Open it on your phone. It has your business, your towns, and your photos in it. Text me the changes as you find them. I make each one within one business day.

The 7 business days after you approve it

I connect your domain, set up email authentication so your replies reach the inbox, and submit the site to Google. On a Site with Tools I build your Google Business Profile, your Apple Maps listing, and your Bing listing. Google verifies the profile by video, phone, or mail, and you do that step. On the Lead System I build the Google Ads account in your own account and confirm that every form and call is counted.

The launch checklist

Before the site goes live I run this on real phones.

1. Every form is submitted and the email arrives.
2. Every link opens.
3. Every phone number dials.
4. The structured data validates.
5. The load time is measured on cellular, and you get the number.

What is handed to you

You get one message with the live address, your dashboard link, the measured load time, and what you own. Send yourself a quote request from your own phone and watch it reach your inbox.

After launch

A Site has a 14 day punch list. Anything on your plan that is off, I fix. A Site with Tools has 60 days of updates. At day 30 I send a written readout of which pages and towns produced requests and what I would do next.

On the Lead System you get a report every week, written by hand.
