How homeowners hire a landscaper.
They look at yards first
A homeowner planning a patio wants to see finished patios before calling anyone.
They search by season
Spring cleanup in March, irrigation in June, leaf removal in October. Each season brings its own search.
They read the reviews
A crew working in the backyard is a trust decision, so homeowners check what neighbors said before asking for a price.
A page for every service, and a gallery for every project.
Homeowners browse yards on a phone, and each quote request reaches you with the yard size attached.
Service pages
Lawn care, hardscaping, irrigation, tree service, and seasonal cleanup are separate pages.
Seasonal pages
Spring cleanup, summer irrigation, fall leaf removal, and winter snow removal each have a page named for the season.
Quote form to your phone
Homeowners enter the address, yard size, project type, and timeline, and you get the request by text and email.
A page for each town you mow
Every town on your maintenance route has a page inside the 20 page build.
Your Google reviews
What customers wrote on Google shows up next to photos of the yard they hired you for.

Someone sketching a patio idea late in the evening leaves the details, and you read them over coffee.
The yard before, and the yard you built.
Text me each job's before and after photos with the town and the project type, and I put the old yard next to the new one in a slider. Patios, retaining walls, and full installs are sorted into galleries.

What landscapers ask first.
Most of my work is referrals. What does the site add?
A referred homeowner searches your name before they call and lands on the galleries, the reviews, and the quote form. The town pages reach homeowners who have not heard your name yet.
Do you work with lawn care companies too?
Yes. Mowing, fertilization, tree trimming, hardscaping, and irrigation can all be separate pages.
What about snow removal in winter?
Snow removal has its own page for the winter months, next to the spring cleanup, irrigation, and leaf removal pages.
What does the build cost?
$750 total, $375 to start and $375 after launch. I handle hosting, domain, and SSL, and there is no monthly fee on the site.
How fast is the site live?
7 business days from first draft approval. The Estimator, which adds the $400 cost calculator for $1,150 total, runs 10 to 14 days.
What happens after launch?
Text me new photos, services, or cities and I quote each change flat. Additional city pages are $30 each.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain and the files are yours the day it launches.
Who builds the site?
I do. My name is Arseni Filon, I work from Seattle, and I build every site myself from the first draft to launch.
