Type an address. The roof is measured and priced before anyone calls.

These are the trade tools I build. The roof quote, the block estimator, and the job estimator run on this page with sample numbers. On your site they run on yours.

The roof quote

Geospatial roof measurement engine. The homeowner types an address. The roof is measured from aerial and solar data, segment by segment, with pitch and area. The area is converted to squares, with waste added for a complex roof, and priced on your own per-square rates.

She sees a range before she talks to anyone. You get a lead with the address, the roof size, and the range she saw.

Sample rates are used here. Your site uses yours.

The address goes to Google to find the building. It is not stored.

The block estimator

Parametric estimating engine for ICF. An owner-builder enters wall length, wall height, and openings. The tool returns a block count.

The conversation starts with the wall dimensions and the count already in hand.

A 3 by 7 foot door is 21 square feet. A 3 by 4 foot window is 12.

248 blocks261 with a sample 5 percent for cuts. Counted on a standard 16 by 48 inch straight form.

On a builder’s site the form size, the waste, and the corner blocks are set to the system he pours.

Square-foot estimators

Parametric estimating engines. A calculator for concrete, fencing, decks, siding, or flooring. The homeowner enters the size and the finish and sees a range built from your own unit costs. You set the numbers, and you can change them when your costs change.

Roofing, siding, kitchens, baths, decks, fences, driveways, and paint. Pick one, set the size and the finish, and the range updates.

The source of every lead

Lead attribution pipeline. When a visitor arrives, the server records where the visit came from and the page it landed on. An ad click adds the campaign, the keyword, and Google’s click ID. When that visitor sends a form, the record is stored with the lead.

You see which search, which ad, and which town page produced each lead. The card here is your own visit, read the same way.
